Find out everything you need to know about family and locally owned Air Madness before your first visit. If you’ve never been to a trampoline park before, it can be a bit confusing at first. We make it easy for you with these informative frequently asked questions.

When are you open?
Regular Hours:
Monday-Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday-Thursday: 4 PM-8 PM
Friday: 4 PM-10 PM
Saturday: 10 AM-10 PM
Sunday: 1 PM-7 PM
How does it work?
If you’ve never been to a trampoline park before, it can be a bit confusing at first. Here’s the gist of how it works around here:
  • Sign a waiver online or at the park
  • Purchase non-skid Air Madness socks at the park
  • Buy tickets either online or at the park
  • Receive your sticker designating your jump time (jumps start every 15 minutes)
  • Jump to your heart’s content on all our attractions during your jump time

    Do I have to pay if I’m not jumping?
    Nope! Spectators are FREE of charge. While you’re here, we recommend relaxing in our comfortable chairs, surfing the Internet with our FREE Wi-Fi and grabbing a snack from the Food Court.
    How old do you have to be to bounce?
    Air Madness has activities for kids of all ages. So, whether you are a little kid getting to bounce for their first time or a big kid who loves to show your stuff on the Ultimate Dodgeball Court, we are sure you will find all the fun you need at Air Madness.
    Are all ages welcome at Air Madness?
    Of course! Kids (and adults) of all ages will have a blast! If the little ones don’t want to jump on the general public courts, they can enjoy Little Air, where our trampolines are dedicated solely for kids 42 inches and under. Additionally, during Toddler Jump, all jumpers are required to follow our jumping rules. All are welcome!
    What should I wear to Air Madness?
    We recommend jumpers wear athletic gear that is both comfortable and appropriate. Special Air Madness non-skid socks are required. Socks are available for purchase at the park.
    Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes! You can purchase them online or on your next visit to the park.
    What’s the deal with the waiver?
    All Air Madness Trampoline Park participants require a signed liability waiver. Everyone under age 18 is required to have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian. All guests 18 and over must show valid photo ID. After the first visit, you don’t have to fill it out on future visits for a whole year!
    What if a child under 18 comes without a parent?
    Every participant under age 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. If they arrive without one they will not be able to join in the fun. Parents can submit the waiver online. When this is complete, it will be sent to our database and your child can have the time of his/her life.
    Do you serve food?
    Yes. You can purchase food at The Food Court, our snack bar that serves items such as nachos, pretzels with cheese, pizza by the slice or whole, cotton candy plus more! We also proudly serve Pepsi products and have seating for the whole family.
    Can I bring outside food in the park?
    No outside food or drinks are permitted in the park.
    I am having a party. Can I bring my own food?
    Party guests who booked through Air Madness Events may bring a cake or cupcakes in a covered container for their party. Otherwise, all outside food and drinks are prohibited in the park.
